Keen to exclude time from 15 March 2020 to June 2021 from ambit of Limitation Act: CJI Bobde

A 3-judge bench of the Supreme Court has agreed with Attorney General (AG) KK Venugopal's suggestion to exclude time of around 15 months from the ambit of the Limitation Act, which will allow lawyers and litigants to file cases without being time barred for the period which has elapsed during the pandemic.........

No fundamental right of same-sex marriage, legal recognition can't be given by court: Central government tells Delhi High Court
