SECOND revaluation of papers

One student from GLC had filed a petition in the Mumbai HC seeking second revaluation of her Land Laws paper. She had earlier applied for revaluation of all her papers. After revaluation she secured a I Class in other three while failed in Land Laws where her marks were reduced from 57 to 36. The argument put forht by her lawyer is that if a student securing pass marks in a subject applies for revaluation and fails subsequently, the law permits a second revaluation.

I think this case is worth studying for the benefit of the student community.
